The sparkling wine "ANC'ORA" represents history and tradition, both for the use of an indigenous grape variety such as Trebbiano, and for the method of production. The light and never intrusive effervescence, together with the freshness, make this bottle-refermented wine an expression of great pleasure, which can be enjoyed on any occasion. In the glass it has a straw-yellow colour with the light veiling typical of re-fermented wines. On the nose it expresses aromas of citrus, ripe fruit, hints of bread crust, hints of honey and medicinal herbs. On the palate, the soft bubbles make it creamy and satisfying, with juicy fruit and a dry, savoury finish. SOIL hilly, medium-textured, tending to sandy, rather loose and poor in nutrients.
The fermentation of the must takes place spontaneously without the addition of selected yeasts, in steel tanks. The must is then bottled for the second fermentation. No filtration, no dosage and no bottling.
